starAbout Samuel Stirlingstar

Samuel Stirling Andrew was born with a rare immune deficiency called Chronic Granulomatous Disease (CGD); his white blood cells lack the ability to kill bacteria and fungus, making him prone to infections, which can lead to organ failure. Samuel has been hospitalized 9 times and has had several biopsies, countless CT scans, medical procedures and tests.

You can help cure Samuel.

The only cure for CGD is a bone marrow transplant. An unrelated donor was found and Samuel received his bone marrow transplant on September 15, 2011 at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. On October 28th, Samuel celebrated his 2nd birthday.

To help offset the financial costs of Samuel's transplant and continued treatment, Portico Church and the band, PFR, will be hosting a benefit concert and art auction at 7pm on Sunday, November 20th at Cornerstone Church in Chandler, AZ. To see the artwork, click here.
